Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may return the opened and even used products within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement. No restocking fees apply. Seller paid shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise being returned for customer dissatisfaction is limited to one set of opened products; all other products must be unopened.
For purchases of equipment and non-consumable supplies, returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
If an item proves to be defective within 90 days, our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free shipping of the new item. The item & packaging must be returned and have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.
To return an unopened item after 30 days, there will be a restocking fee of 15%.
Items used beyond 70% of their respective yield are not eligible for refund regardless of cause. DBS reserves the right to change, alter, or modify our refund/exchange policies at any time with or without notification.
The packaging must be in excellent condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.
You will receive a refund for unopened items, minus shipping charges and fees.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it within 30 days, but the box/cartridge has already been opened, there will be a restocking fee of 15% Returns over 6 months will not be accepted.

or call us 1-877-755-3448 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any products sent Back without an RMA# will not be accepted.
